Imagine, you arrive in the sky, you are introduced (e) in a projection room. After you sit down in a comfortable chair with your favorite drink and some snacks, a movie will start. From the first seconds you are seized by these images of an extraordinary life, with trials, difficulties, joys, miracles, God at work, etc ... This until the letters “END ”Appear on the screen. It is then that you realize that you did not take advantage of what was available to you to eat and drink. A second film starts and there just a few images and it's the end. At that moment you realize that the first film was the days that God had written in His book for you from all eternity and the second what you really lived ...
It is fiction, however what is not is that God has already written down His plans for our lives, He has prepared His extraordinary works for each of our lives (cf. Ephesians 2:10). I don't know what concerns you, but for my life, I only want to see one film… And for that we must on the one hand realize that God has plans for our lives, all that we are and have is the result of His will to accompany what He created us for… Which on the other hand will lead us to stand up to enter into His call!
You were only a shapeless mass, you did not yet exist and yet in the heart and the will of God you were present, wanted and desired. God saw you and He shaped you exactly as He wanted, He put in you the gifts, the talents and the personality necessary to fully live His Life in abundance. He saw which was the best family to be born in, at what time and in which place… He prepared everything for your coming, because He knows every day of your existence and in Christ you have all that is necessary to live that (cf. Colossians 2:10)!
Meditate on these truths and you will not only be encouraged in your life, but also in your relationship and love for God. Reading the next verse, we find that David was fully aware of this, realizing that there was so much more to God's plan than anything he could imagine, dream or think. It is the same for your life, you will never be able to grasp all the wonders, the extraordinary projects that God has for you (cf. Ephesians 3:20). The only thing you have to do is live them in dependence and relationship with the Holy Spirit ...
Knowing things is useless if we do not take action to live them ... What do you want for your life: your projects or his? You are free to decide… God asks Isaiah the question, who would I send (cf. Isaiah 6: 8)? His answer is clear, quick and unequivocal: here I am, send me! God has plans and a call, what's your response? Are you ready to give up everything to follow Him and walk in His plans?
Take a moment in prayer to speak with God and position yourself… If you need to repent of your bad ways - those that are not his - to enter His. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you and lead you and live His life with Him, meet His challenges and overcome trials ... The world around you will be transformed ...
God has blessed you richly so that you bless abundantly ...
Luke
