When the trial and the pressure are there, it is possible to adopt different attitudes, such as withdrawal, lament, self-pity, fear, etc ... All these ways of reacting will not produce anything positive and will not help. no change. On the other hand, it is also possible to position oneself by seeing the opportunities, a better future and the fact that we were created for a time like this… Which, if that does not change the circumstances immediately, it does. transform and will produce a transformation for those around us and the future ... And rest assured, whatever you live that God is in control and that He has created and prepared you for a time such as this!

These are the words Mordecai spoke to Esther long ago when the people of Israel were threatened with persecution and destruction. God had established Esther as queen alongside the sovereign of the land, the one who had validated the order of destruction. God is in control and He knows everything, it is for this reason that many years before He had placed Esther in this particular position. In the same way for your life, God is in control, it is He who has placed you where you are and He has given you everything you need for this time, even if you don't have any. no conscience… On the other hand, it's time to recognize it! Take a moment to think about what is positive about where you are and all the qualities and gifts that are in you - no need to tell yourself not to consider what you feel is negative. Thank the Lord for these things ...

If you read a bit of the context of this passage you will discover that Esther did not wait, she immediately positioned herself in a positive way. In the same way your responsibility is not to wait, but to position yourself in the faith to become a person who will write history in the present time and not suffer it. Chose to say “YES Lord, I position myself to be the person you want me to be and align my life with Your will to accomplish Your plans”. This even if I do not yet know what it is and how to experience it. Which was the case with Esther ...

It is for this reason that she chose not to act right away, but first to focus on God in order to dedicate herself to Him. Fasting and prayer being an activity that is not there to try to influence God, but to set oneself aside for God by separating from all that does not honor Him. This is an example for us to follow, not necessarily of fasting three days without food or water, but of dedicating ourselves to God in order to decide to center ourselves on Jesus. To decide to separate ourselves from everything that is hindering His presence, from everything that we consider legitimate in normal times. The goal being to make our relationship with God the top priority and not let anything stop us from doing His will ... He is the One who created you for such a time as this, however it is possible to live it only in dependence on our relationship with Christ.

First of all, it is a matter of recognizing that we were created for a time such as this, then we position ourselves to live it and write history by deciding to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus in the dependence of Him… However, all this is useless if we do not get into action by being ready to pay the price, whatever it is. For Esther, it was at the cost of her life that she decided to live up to what God had created her for and she was an instrument of salvation for all the people… You were created for a time like this one, put yourself in action according to what God is going to tell you, men, women, young people and children need you!
